On Wednesday, 16 September 2015, a Video Conference (ViCon) for OSN Pertamina 2015 was held at the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs of the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemristekdikti). The video conference involved the Director General of Belmawa, Pertamina, the University of Indonesia, and partner universities. The activity aimed to enable committee members from across Indonesia to communicate and interact simultaneously in a two-way manner with the central committee in Jakarta. The video conference discussed various issues, including the number of participants as well as reports on preparedness and challenges from each region in the preparation for the implementation of OSN Pertamina 2015
The video conference was attended and officially opened by the Director General of Learning and Student Affairs, represented by the Director of Student Affairs and Career Preparation, Dr. Didin Wahidin, M.Pd. The ViCon was also attended by representatives from Pertamina, namely Korfi Prita, CSR Functional Officer, representing the CSR Manager, Agus Mashud, who was unable to attend. Also present was the Dean of FMIPA UI, Dr. xem bang do rer. nat. Abdul Haris, the Chair of the Organizing Committee of OSN Pertamina 2015, Dr. Yasman, along with staff from the University of Indonesia
