UI Geography Achieves Excellent Predicate from BAN-PT

The Undergraduate Study Program of the Department of Geography, FMIPA UI has successfully obtained "superior" accreditation based on the Decree of BAN-PT No. 13674/SK/BAN-PT/AK-ISK/S/XII/2021 dated December 28, 2021. Obtaining the "superior" status is also proof of quality and achievement in advancing education and producing superior human resources.

The “superior” status that has been achieved will certainly be used as a spirit in carrying out academic tasks and used as evaluation material to continue to improve the quality of service and devotion to the community, nation and state. Through maximum service, the implementation of the “superior” status can be realized well and truly provide benefits to all so that it does not become just a predicate without meaning and proof.

It should be noted that the predicate "excellent" is the highest predicate in the current accreditation system. To obtain this predicate, special requirements are needed as well as a long time and extraordinary struggle from all academicians in it. However, it can be prepared and passed well thanks to the compactness and totality of the efforts of the big family of the Department of Geography, FMIPA UI.

With the superior accreditation that has been achieved, the Undergraduate Study Program of the Department of Geography, FMIPA UI remains committed to further improving its quality so that it continues to produce superior generations who are ready to face various global challenges.
