Based on the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between ESRI and the University of Indonesia signed by Dr. rer. nat. Abdul Haris as Dean and Dr. Achmad Istamar, as CEO of Esri Indonesia on Wednesday (10/10) at the UI Depok Floating Room, FMIPA UI becomes the gateway for students, lecturers, teaching assistants, and researchers in the UI environment who need the help of ArcGIS software to support research activities or the process of completing final assignments, both theses, and dissertations, free of charge.

To be able to access the license individually, UI academics can submit an application to the Geographic Information System (GIS) Laboratory Coordinator of the Geography Department, FMIPA UI by filling out the application form online on this page. Meanwhile, for the use of learning activities in the laboratory, you can contact the geography education laboratory via geo.edulab@sci.ui.ac.id.

The automatic submission schedule to ESRI regarding this license access will be carried out routinely in the third week of each month by the Department of Geography, FMIPA UI. So that in the fourth week, applicants will have received evaluation code dari PT ESRI Indonesia untuk bisa memanfaatkan lisensi perangkat lunak tersebut.
