After successfully creating and releasing the Online Map of the Distribution of Covid-19 or called SiCovid-19 on March 19, 2020, Ardiansyah, a researcher from FMIPA UI, together with his team, which is a combination of the Expert Team and Researchers from the University of Indonesia (UI) under the coordination of the UI Innovation and Science Techno Park Directorate, was invited by the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) to collaborate in developing the InaRISK Portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The data and engine that UI has developed on the SiCovid-19 portal will be used by the InaRISK Portal to reduce the disaster risk index.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, UI researchers are also conducting two developments on SiCovid-19. The first development is the development of a map of coverage and average travel time for people to national referral hospitals. This map can show which areas are not well served, seen from the travel time to national referral hospitals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The second development, namely the analysis of NO2 concentration to find out whether physical distancing<\/em> and working from home<\/em> effective in suppressing community mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The InaRISK portal (http:\/\/inarisk.bnpb.go.id\/) is a portal owned by BNPB to assess risks and provide an overview of the scope of disaster threat areas and affected populations in order to reduce the disaster risk index.<\/p>\n\n\n\n SiCovid-19 innovator, Ardiansyah, who is also a researcher at the geography department of FMIPA UI said, \"The data used by InaRISK is the same data as the SiCovid-19 data, we provide a model builder that can be used to generate the model. We provide the engine to BNPB so that BNPB can immediately update data on people who are positive for Covid-19, Patients Under Surveillance (PDP) and People Under Monitoring (ODP)\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n SiCovid-19 is a webGIS portal created by UI researchers. It has the ability to map residents infected with Covid-19, the distribution of locations of patients who have tested positive for Covid-19, and assist the government in mapping areas prone to new infection cases (https:\/\/sicovid19-geography-ui.hub.arcgis.com\/).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Vice Rector for Research and Innovation Prof. Dr. rer. nat.
