Today, Friday (March 1st), the winners of the 2019 FMIPA UI Outstanding Student Selection (Pilmapres) were announced at the FMIPA UI Multidisciplinary Research Laboratory Building – PT. Pertamina. The announcement of the winners was read by Dr. Hengki Tasman, representing the jury.
For the Main Student Examination group, Rio Fandi Dianco (Mathematics 2016) succeeded in winning 1st place in this most prestigious faculty-level event, followed by Aldi Yazri Siregar (Biology 2016) as 2nd place, and Muhammad Alzaid Ponka (Geoscience 2016) as 3rd place.
Rio was selected as the 1st winner of the FMIPA UI Main Student Examination through his written work entitled "Predicting the Prices of Four Main Food Commodities in Indonesia in Real Time and Their Mapping Based on the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average Model".
Meanwhile, the participants who successfully won the 2019 FMIPA UI Mapres from the Mapres Category group were Vania Zihan Murti (Physics 2017) for the Arts and Culture category, Regina Nadia Akhadi (Physics 2017) for the Sports category, Annita Khairina (Geoscience 2016) for the Social and Environmental category, and Ndaru Luriadi (Biology 2016) for the Entrepreneurship category.
