Innalillahi wa innailaihi roji’un, Dra. Sahati Suharto, Dean of FMIPA UI for the 1984-1988 period, has passed away on Tuesday (14/04/2020) at 17.00 WIB at his residence, on Jl. Muara Rajen Baru RT 01/RW 10, No. 24, Cihaurgeulis Village, Cibeunying Kaler District, Bandung, West Java.
Dra. Sahati Suharto, passed away at the age of 88. Born in Jakarta on March 10, 1932, she was the 6th Dean of FMIPA UI and the 2nd female Dean after Dra. Patimah Moewarni, M.Sc. She was Dean of FIPIA UI from 1974 to 1978 before FIPIA UI changed its name to FMIPA UI.
The deceased was also recorded as having served as the head of the Chemistry Department of FIPIA UI in 1975-1976, and in 1978-1984 before finally leading FMIPA UI, this Inorganic Chemistry teaching staff served as assistant Dean 1 of FIPIA UI.
All the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UI students and residents express their deepest condolences on the passing of the deceased.
May Allah SWT forgive his sins, accept all his deeds of worship, and place the deceased in the best place.
