The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Indonesia (UI) signed a cooperation agreement with the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Pakuan University.

The Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of the University of Indonesia (UI), Prof. Dede Djuhana, Ph.D. signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) on education, research, and community service in the field of mathematics and natural sciences, with the Dean of FMIPA of Pakuan University (Unpak) Asep Denih, S.Kom., M.Sc., Ph.D.

The signing ceremony of the PKS took place on Wednesday (17/1/2024) in the Hall of FMIPA Unpak, Bogor, and was witnessed by Dr. Lukmanda Evan Lubis, Manager of Cooperation, Ventures, and Alumni Relations of FMIPA UI, and Dr. Herfina, as Vice Dean for Academic & Student Affairs of FMIPA Unpak along with the leadership team.

Prof. Dede said, "Hopefully, this collaboration can be implemented well to achieve our shared goals, namely developing educational, research, and community service activities. This will benefit all parties."

Furthermore, Prof. Dede hopes that this collaboration can make the greatest contribution to the advancement of science at the national level.

The scope of this agreement includes collaborative research and resource development, scientific activities, scientific studies, seminars, and workshops, as well as the implementation of the Independent Learning – Independent Campus (MBKM) Program.
