The Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at the University of Indonesia (UI), Dr. rer. nat. Abdul Haris appointed Dr. Djoko Triyono to be his deputy for Education, Research, and Student Affairs (WD I) for the 2018-2022 period. Previously, Djoko Triyono served as the Manager of Research and Community Service at FMIPA UI during Abdul Haris's tenure from 2014-2018.
Djoko Triyono will focus on improving academic activities, study program accreditation, research, teaching, and community service, as well as increasing the production of international journal publications by students and teaching staff within the FMIPA UI environment.
In addition to serving as Deputy Dean I of FMIPA UI, Djoko Triyono is also a teaching staff member of condensed matter physics at the Department of Physics, FMIPA UI.
